Today, Feldt’s is one of Sweden’s leading suppliers of fish and seafood. Our range includes unbreaded, breaded and pre-fried products from the sea. We also offer what is perhaps the market’s largest selection of brined products, as well as a wide assortment of smoked and cured products from our own smokehouse. Naturally, our range also includes seafood spreads and salads. In short, we offer everything from the sea… and a little more. Feldt’s business philosophy is summed up in our acronym “EKA”, which stands for Efficiency, Knowledge and Responsibility. Since our founding in 1991, Feldt’s has placed strong emphasis on eco-labelled products. As a result, our range of environmentally certified products is a continuously growing segment. Today, Feldt’s offers more than 400 MSC- and ASC-certified products, accounting for as much as 73% of our total sales. This is most likely the largest range of MSC- and ASC-certified products on the market. However, we do not stop there and are constantly striving to further increase the share of eco-labelled products.       Allt började med sega, amerikanska bagels, en spännande nyhet i det svenska 90-talet. I samma veva fick svenskarna upp ögonen för de maffiga, amerikanska bakverken – stora, härliga muffins, knapriga, kladdiga nötpajer och krämiga cheesecakes. Vi på Gray’s hade hittat helt rätt! Och så har vi fortsatt. I 29 år har vi sniffat oss till de senaste trenderna och skapat våra egna versioner på såväl utländska som traditionella, svenska bakverk. Från brownies, morotskakor och blåbärsmuffins till gluten-, mjölk- och laktosfria pajer och veganska rawbollar. Allt bakat med hantverksmässiga metoder och på råvaror vi alltid är stolta över. Nu går vi in i nästa kvarts-sekel. Det hurrar vi för!
