Many of our cakes are pre-cut into 12 or 20 pieces for easy handling. Many of our baked goods also come frozen making for a long shelf life and less waste.

We are shiitake growers in Hardeberga, outside Lund. Our shiitake is organic certified and is completely free of chemical pesticides. Among other things, it can be dried and made into shiitake powder or fried into chips. You even grow shiitake in your home. We have ready-made logs from which you can grow organic shiitake yourself.
