Hotell Dahlia Mathantverk creates small-scale marmalades, jellies and jams with unexpected flavor combinations and carefully selected ingredients from both Swedish nature and the rest of the world. We cook by hand in small batches with a focus on pure flavors, high quality and genuine craftsmanship. Our products are developed for cheese boards, charcuterie, restaurants, cafes and delicatessens – but also for those who want to add a touch of elegance to everyday life.
