About us

We like good marmalade and chili. That's how the marmalade business started – we had a lot of chili fruit from farms that our families got tired of eating. – Cook marmalade, said a friend. And we did. After a number of courses and lots of test cooking, we now do what we think is so fun, cooking marmalade with well-composed and new combinations. Preferably with locally produced ingredients. The small-scale cooking is done by hand in Lerum outside Gothenburg.
