The craft Our heritage is hand-peeling Pandalus borealis, Northern Europe's most demanding cold-water shrimp. Shell-on prawns are caught in the North Atlantic, then cooked and frozen at sea. We hand-peel them at our IFS-, BSCI-, and MSC-certified facility and ship them to Estonia for distribution across Scandinavia. Hand-peeling gives a whole, intact shrimp with a smooth texture, the quality that shows on a HoReCa plate. Preservation through deep freezing helps us to avoid a lot of preservatives. Our recipes, on the other hand, are classic and traditional, our products should taste and feel homemade.
