About us
Lagerblad Foods started as two chefs' dream to cook good home cooking on a large scale - nowadays the company a versatile food company, which manufactures a wide range of high-quality products.
The minced steaks, meatballs, pies and sausages are made with the same love and care as one did in “grandmothers kitchen"; of real ingredients and according to classic recipes - which also
noticeable in the end result.
Preservation through deep freezing helps us to avoid a lot of preservatives.
Freezer products also provide flexibility due to their long shelf life - you always have nice "fresh" products available from the freezer.
Our production facility, our kitchen, is modern and has many intelligent technical solutions, which contributes to a very high product safety. Our recipes, on the other hand, are classic and traditional, our products should taste and feel homemade.

Meatballs
We prepare our meatballs from meat that we grind ourselves with our own chopped onion. We then fry the meatballs until the color is just right. The result is a meatball that both tastes and looks homemade.
Quark pancake 40g lactose-free
A lactose-free delicacy that is perfect for most people! The rich quark flavor this delicious pancake. We fry the pancake in a cast iron pan and it both tastes and looks like homemade. Suitable for everything from breakfast, brunch to a snack at school or elderly care.
Feta- and Vegetable Steak 60g
Vegetarian novelty with flavors of fresh vegetables and creamy feta cheese reminiscent of the Mediterranean. The product has a rustic look with a crispy frying surface and a wonderful mix of textures that make it excellent for all types of both hot and cold vegetarian dishes. Glutenfree, Law lactos and no eggs.
Beetroot falafel
Delicious vegetarian steaks that suit vegans. Here, beetroot has been allowed to play the main role with its health effects together with the traditional chickpeas.
Chicken schnitzel 70g or 140g
Everyone likes breaded of some kind! The advantage of this is that it is crispy and juicy inside even though it is not fried. This chicken schnitzel is made on breast fillet and is both lactose-free and egg-free. Suitable as a burger or as a main ingredient.
Chorizo balls 8g
99% meat content means that you do not have to eat a lot to get full. In these small buns you get the good taste of the chorizo sausage but in a new format. Perfect as a buffet food or in a pasta with tomato sauce and sprinkles of mozzarella on top. This little meatball is both gluten-free, milk- and lactose-free and does not contain eggs.
Italian meatball 16g
A meatball with a meat content of 89% and with a taste of Italy where you have, among other things, feel the tone of sun-dried tomatoes and see the roasted peppers in this tasty meatball. This meatball is just as good with pasta, risotto or as part of the buffet. And it does not get worse because it is both gluten-, milk- and lactose-free and that it does not contain eggs.
