Time saving and financial profitability. Smart and sustainable production. Good and appreciated raw materials. It is the Chef's Cut foodservice pre-cut fruit and vegetable range. For over 10 years, we have supplied food to commercial kitchens, restaurants and the public sector.
A large part of our range is grown and produced by two of Sweden's leading growers, Vidinge Grönt and Steglinge Gård. Together with these growers, we belong to the company group Dole Nordic.
Dole Nordic is a group of fruit and vegetable companies in Sweden and Denmark. As part of Dole plc, we belong to the world's largest supplier of fresh produce. We grow, buy, process, package, market, sell, ship and optimize the logistics of fruit, vegetables and berries from all over the world.

Our Svinnovation "Vegetable chips" - from rutabaga, carrot and cabbage
A popular product with a focus on reduced food waste is the vegetable chips, where we make use of parts of the raw material that were previously used for, among other things, biogas. Through our "Svinnovations", we have succeeded in reducing wastage in production, while at the same time you in the kitchen get a product to use both as a flavoring agent and as an alternative to increase the proportion of vegetables in the food.

Chef's Cut has a solution for your kitchen, every day of the week. The range is wide. All our potatoes are SMAK-labelled, there are 15 different types of salad and we offer pre-pickled flavor enhancers. It's the details that make it and with fresh ingredients from Chef's Cut, the simple becomes the genius. We are constantly developing the range, preferably together with you. We want it to work like this: from professional to professional.

Flexifärs
Flexifärs is a pre-cooked potato and root vegetable base that is mixed together with minced meat of your choice, where the kitchen decides and distributes the ration. A flexible solution with many uses where the end result is always a juicier, tastier and greener meal. Whether you're making meatloaf, pan-fried steak or fish balls. Getting more vegetables on the menu suddenly became even easier. Many people want to eat better – everyone wants to eat well. Add some of the good stuff instead of taking away!

Chef's Cut at Foodexpo 2024
With its over 20,000 visitors and over 500 exhibitors in 10 different halls, Foodexpo is the largest foodservice fair in the Nordics, and this year celebrates its tenth anniversary. Of course, Dole Nordic is there with our Foodservice brand, Chef's Cut!

Let’s focus on the root vegetables!
From the autumn of 2024, two-kilogram packages will be launched on a range of products within the Chef's Cuts root fruit range. The investment is being made jointly with the grower Steglinge Gård, which is also part of the Dole Nordic business family.
