New mixed cabbage salads

Chef's Cut will soon launch three new mixed cabbage salads on the market. Product development is not only about satisfying customers' needs, it is also about food enjoyment. In the end, the end consumer who eats the product must like it. Finding new flavor combinations that suit each other but also the other food it is to be served with is something we are passionate about. It is just as exciting every time a new product is launched and ultimately enjoyed in restaurants all over Sweden.

- When we launch a total of three different products, in this case different cabbage mix salads, it obviously tickles a little extra. We will offer tastings of all varieties - Nordic cabbage mix, Salad of the day and Cabbage salad - on site at Fastfood, Café & Restaurant in Gothenburg on September 17th and 18th. Nordic cabbage mix (Red cabbage 40%, White cabbage 40%, Kale 10%, Frissé 10%),

Salad of the day (Carrot 30%, White cabbage 25%, Broccoli stem 25%, Beetroot 15%, Frissé 5%),

Cabbage salad (Carrot 30%, White cabbage 30%, Red cabbage 30%, Kale 10%)
