With OSCAR® Veal Concentrate, you get a good base to work on. OSCAR® Veal Concentrate gives you a variety of use options both in terms of classic dishes, but also for newer, more modern dishes. The mild sweetness that we know from veal is characteristic of this genuine stock. You can use OSCAR® Veal Concentrate in sauces, soups, stews. You can advantageously use the veal stock concentrate to fine-tune your soup and sauce, to give your stews a little extra powerful flavor, or simply build a dish from scratch, using OSCAR® Veal Concentrate as a base.

A bottle with 1 l of concentrate gives up to 51 l of stock.

Instructions for use:
• Shake before use. Dissolve 20-30 ml of stock in 1 liter of warm or boiling water.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
