OSCAR® Premium Fermented Garlic is a pure, intense flavour of fermented garlic with a rich and deep umami. Fermented garlic has been used in Asia for centuries but has only recently found its way into European cuisine, where it is used to provide a natural enhancement of flavour profiles in various dishes.

Directions for use:
• Add 10–40 g/l depending on use.
