OSCAR® Lowsalt Veal Bouillon Granulate have a mild authentic veal flavour with just the right amount of sweetness. Use the granules as a base in a sauce, in veal stews, or when seasoning a roast. You can also make a barbecue rub with veal bouillon granules, for example for ribs or flank steak.
A bucket with 4 kg granules yields 504 litres of bouillon.
Instructions for use:
• Dosage: 8 g granules per liter of water. Add to boiling water or directly to the dish while heating.

• At room temperature.
