OSCAR® Red Wine Sauce is a dark sauce that is probably one of the most popular sauces we know. The sauce is made from a decoction of ox bone, red wine and herbs. It has a deep, intense and powerful taste of red wine as well as a well-balanced acidity with hints of thyme, juniper and rosemary. Red wine sauce can be varied endlessly and this gives you a base to work on. The sauce goes well with, among other things, pink meat, poultry and even fish. You can prepare a good lamb sauce with OSCAR® Red Wine Sauce, OSCAR® Lamb Fond Concentrate and balsamic vinegar. If necessary, also add OSCAR® Premium Fermented Garlic.

The product is also available in a 10 kg Bag in Box packaging.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
