OSCAR® Mussel Concentrate provides a pleasantly mild sweetness and authentic mussel flavor. OSCAR® Mussel Concentrate provides the same sweetness and the same mild, authentic mussel flavor as in the classic dish moules marinières. You avoid the hassle of cleaning the mussels and you don't risk getting sand in your food. You can even reduce the number of mussels in your dish but still get an intense and authentic mussel flavor, because the mussel stock emphasizes it. You can work further with the stock concentrate yourself. Use the stock in mussel pasta, soups and sauces.

A bottle with 1 l of concentrate gives up to 51 l of stock.

Instructions for use:
• Shake before use. Dissolve 20-30 ml of stock in 1 liter of warm or boiling water.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
