With OSCAR® Signature Roasted Chicken Fond, you get a stock with an intense and rich chicken flavor with umami. The stock can be used as a base in a wide range of sauces thanks to the fried taste, and the low collagen content means you can easily reduce it without having to worry about it getting too thick. Feel free to use Signature Roasted Chicken Fond as a base together with OSCAR® Signature Veal Fond. Suitable in a white sauce for both poultry and fish.

1 liter of OSCAR® Signature Roasted Chicken Stock is cooked on 2,8 kg of chicken bones.

The product is also available in a 10 kg Bag in Box packaging.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
