OSCAR® Signature Chicken Fond is made from cooked chicken and provides a wonderfully intense chicken stock with lots of flavor. With our chicken stock, you have a wide range of uses. Use it as a base in soups and sauces where you are not necessarily looking for a fried/roasted taste. You can also reduce our chicken stock and use it for a cold sauce, for example a mayonnaise for chicken salad.

1 liter of OSCAR® Signature Chicken Fond is cooked on 2.3 kg of chicken bones.

The product is also available in a 10 kg Bag in Box packaging.

Instructions for use:
• Use directly from the package.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
