With its smooth, creamy texture, the paste dissolves quickly, making it easy to use in everything from sauces and stews to braises.

Instructions for use:
• Whisk the product in boiling or cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. For a stock base, use 80 g per 1 litre of water.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.
