
OSCAR® Premium Fish Fumet 630 g
OSCAR® Premium Fish Fumet is an intense fish glace in paste form, made from white fish with subtle notes of scallops, vegetables, white wine, and lemon. It is the perfect base for fish soups and sauces, and also works beautifully for poaching, bringing refined depth and character to your seafood dishes.
Instructions for use:
• Whisk the product in boiling or cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. For sauce base use 70 g per 1 litre of water. For stock base use 42 g per 1 litre of water.
Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.
Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
