It is the perfect base for fish soups and sauces, and also works beautifully for poaching, bringing refined depth and character to your seafood dishes.
Instructions for use:
• Whisk the product in boiling or cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. For sauce base use 70 g per 1 litre of water. For stock base use 42 g per 1 litre of water.
Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.
Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
