OSCAR® Fish Concentrate 1 l

OSCAR® Fish Concentrate gives a pleasant fish taste that you can work with. Suitable e.g. in fish soups or sauces. Try making a white wine sauce with cream, OSCAR® Premium White Wine Reduction and OSCAR® Fish Concentrate. You can also marinate or glaze with OSCAR® Fish Concentrate and preserve the taste when, for example, you steam fish. You can advantageously use fish stock concentrate in cold dishes, for example in a dressing for steamed fish or roe.

A bottle with 1 l of concentrate gives up to 51 l of stock.

Instructions for use:
• Shake before use. Dissolve 20-30 ml of stock in 1 liter of warm or boiling water.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
