OSCAR® Chicken Bouillon Granulate 500 g

OSCAR® Chicken Bouillon Granulate have a mild and genuine taste of chicken, which works well in light dishes with poultry, and as a base in e.g. polenta. The Chicken Bouillon Granulate can also be used as a seasoning for vegetables, potatoes and poultry before cooking. You can make lots of different barbecue rubs with chicken broth granules as a base. When you cook hens/chicken, you can add chicken stock to preserve as much juice and flavor as possible.

500 g bucket - gives 25.5 liters of broth
The product is also available in a 4 kg bucket.
Bucket with 4 kg of granules gives 204 liters of broth.

Instructions for use:
• Dosage 20 g broth granules per liter of water. The granules can be dissolved in boiling water or added directly to the dish when used as a seasoning.

Storage before and after opening:
• At room temperature.
