Midnarr is a dry apple cider fermented 4 months in tanks, then at least 8 months in champagne bottles before disgorging

Midnight is an award-winning, dry apple cider produced from 100% cider apples with lots of tannins and an appealing complexity. The color is golden yellow with a fruity aroma with hints of apples, orange, marzipan and honey. The taste is fruity with hints of apples, orange peel, marzipan and honey. Serve at 8-10°C as a companion drink, with light meat dishes or with putty or white mold cheese.
