Ehrenhofer's award-winning apple cider is produced from 100% apples. The cider ferments for 4 months in steel tanks before being racked and secondary fermentation in champagne bottles for at least another 8 months before being disgorged. Color: Light yellow. Aroma: Fruity aroma with hints of yellow apples, dried herbs, honey and citrus. Taste: Fruity, very fresh taste with hints of green apples, dried herbs and citrus.
