In the old cold store at the far end of Grötö, seafood was once crafted. Now, the tradition is alive once more. Surrounded by the cries of seagulls, salt-sprayed windows, and the coastal wind howling through the building, we create timeless classics and new culinary experiences—for gastronomes and devoted chefs.
