About us
Salmiakkolan is our signature. This handmade cream toffee is sweet-salty, soft and award-winning as Sweden's favorite licorice three years in a row. It all started in a small kitchenette on Kungsholmen with a salt licorice-loving new entrepreneur who discovered that it was fun to experiment with toffee recipes. We are now located in Pellerins in Gothenburg. Feel free to visit the toffee workshop where we make toffees, toffee sauces, pastries and desserts by hand and from scratch. Licorice is our taste and we also organize licorice tastings and a licorice café where everything is flavored with this versatile spice.
