Join us on a journey into the world of licorice and discover the taste of licorice! At our tasting THE TASTE OF LICORIC you will learn how to cook with licorice. We start by exploring what licorice tastes like and then test different combinations. Lotta guides you through licorice's rich world of flavor nuances. She has 15 years of experience working with licorice and shares her knowledge of how she works with licorice. Licorice tasting is a fun and educational event for anyone who works with food. Suitable for both kickoff and training. We have room for about 20 people. The tasting takes about 2 hours and takes place in our premises in Pellerin's margarine factory in Bagaregården.
