OSCAR® Signature Veal Fond has a natural sweetness and a high content of collagen from the calf bones. You can reduce the stock and you will get a nice thick and natural glace thanks to the high collagen content. Feel free to combine our veal stock with OSCAR® Signature Roasted Chicken Fond as a base for cooking. It goes well with a variety of dishes and different types of meat. The sweetness of the veal fits very well in a classic pepper sauce.

1 liter of OSCAR® Signature Veal Fond is cooked on 2,1 kg of veal bone.

The product is also available in a 10 kg Bag in Box packaging.

Instructions for use:
• Use directly from the package.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
