OSCAR® Signature Shellfish Fond is made from natural ingredients that are boiled, skimmed, strained and reduced. The stock has a strong and characteristic seafood flavour. OSCAR® Signature Shellfish Fond goes well in fish dishes, soups, sauces and stews with fish and seafood, such as lobster bisque or a seafood sauce with dill.

1 litre of OSCAR® Signature Shellfish Fond is cooked with 0.32 kg of seafood.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
