With OSCAR® Signature Pork Fond, you get a pleasant, good stock with a mild taste of pork. We add air-dried ham bone during cooking to give the stock a mild natural salty/fermented flavor that provides a good base. The stock is suitable in sauces, for example a classic white sauce. With OSCAR® Signature Pork Fond, you can serve a sauce that is adapted to your main course when serving pork.

1 liter of OSCAR® Signature Pork Fond is cooked on 1700 g of pork leg, 470 g of pork shank and 70 g of air-dried ham bone.

Instructions for use:

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
