OSCAR® Signature Oxtail Jus has a clean, intense flavor, where we have only added onion and onion peel. This allows the pure meat flavor to remain fully expressed. Signature Oxtail Jus is a good base to start with and then you can put your own signature. It is a clear oxtail jus, which can be used as a sauce and in sauces. Thanks to the content of oxtails, you have a natural collagen content that allows you to easily reduce it to a glace.

1 liter of OSCAR® Signature Oxtail Jus is cooked on 2.7 kg of beef bones and 0.4 kg of oxtails.

Instructions for use:
• Use directly from the package.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
