OSCAR® Signature Fish Bouillon is a mild fish bouillon that can be used in light fish soups and sauces, as a good base for a mussel sauce or as a complement to a seafood stock. You can also cook your own fish stock with this broth, for example for a turbot bisque. You can also use the broth when poaching fish.

1 liter of OSCAR® Signature Fish Bouillon is boiled on 240 g of fish bones.

Instructions for use:
• Use directly from the package.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
