OSCAR® Signature Beef Fond is a powerful beef stock that goes well with slightly heavier dishes or dark sauces. It is a very tasty stock. Among other things, you can use beef stock as a base for a red wine sauce, Madeira sauce or in cooked dishes and stews such as boeuf bourguignon.

1 liter of OSCAR® Signature Beef Fond is cooked on 2.7 kg of beef bone.

Instructions for use:
• Use directly from the package.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
