OSCAR® Signature Beef Bouillon 1 l

OSCAR® Signature Beef Bouillon can be used for pot roasts, boiled dishes and dark sauces when you don't want such a high collagen content. The rich meat broth contributes to providing a good foundation/base in e.g. a meat soup, beef ramen, goulash or beef stroganoff. The meat broth is also good to use as a cooking layer in slow cooking. Feel free to let the meat cool in the pan to preserve the flavor.

1 liter of OSCAR® Signature Beef Bouillon is cooked on 900 g of beef bone and meat.

Instructions for use:
• Use directly from the package.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
