OSCAR® Premium Lobster Fumet 560 g

OSCAR® Premium Lobster Fumet is crafted with 25.7% lobster concentrate, along with crayfish extract, olive oil, cognac, and paprika. Free from added flavor enhancers, it delivers a natural and authentic taste, making it ideal for everything from rich, flavorful sauces to hearty, intense soups.

Instructions for use:
• Whisk the product in boiling or cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes. For sauce base use 80 g per 1 liter of water. For stock base use 40 g per 1 liter of water.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
