OSCAR® Mushroom Concentrate is an intensive mushroom stock rich in umami. It's different because it's made from mushrooms like shitake and buttercup. OSCAR® Mushroom Concentrate gives you a variety of options in vegetarian dishes and if you want to add a lot of flavor and umami to, for example, a sauce. It can be used in both cold and hot dishes, such as risotto, sauces, soups, stews or in a mushroom mayonnaise for french fries.

A bottle with 0.98 l of concentrate gives up to 51 l of stock.

Instructions for use:
• Shake before use. Dissolve 20-30 ml of stock in 1 liter of warm or boiling water.

Storage before opening:
• At room temperature.

Storage after opening:
• In the refrigerator at +5°C.
