OSCAR® Fish Bouillon Paste 500 g

OSCAR® Fish Bouillon Paste has a mild taste of fish that is suitable for light fish sauces, for example the classic Sauce Normande, where you can advantageously use OSCAR® Premium White Wine Reduction together with the Fish Bouillon Paste. You can also flavor your bechamel sauce with Fish Bouillon Paste when making fish lasagna.

Bucket with 1 kg of pasta gives 51 liters of broth.

Instructions for use:
• Dosage 20 g bouillon paste per liter of water. The paste can be dissolved in boiling water or added directly to the dish when used as a seasoning.

Storage before and after opening:
• At room temperature.
