OSCAR® Fish Bouillon Granulate 500 g

OSCAR® Fish Bouillon Granulate have a mild and fine authentic fish flavour that goes very well in, for example, a bouillabaisse. Feel free to use the granules when poaching or boiling something, so that you preserve as much juice and flavour as possible. You can also make a rub with the granules when, for example, smoking or grilling fish.

Bucket with 500 g granulate yields 25.5 litres of broth.

The product is also available in a 4 kg bucket.

Instructions for use:
• Dosage 20 g of bouillon granules per litre of water. The granules can be dissolved in boiling water or added directly to the dish when used as a spice.

Storage before and after opening:
• At room temperature.
