The clear vegetable broth is good as a consommé or, for example, as a base in a minestrone soup. This bouillon also adds more flavor to vegetable dishes.
Bucket with 800 g gives 41 liters of bouillon.
The product is also available in a 5 kg bucket. A bucket with 5 kg of granules yields 255 liters of bouillon.
Instructions for use:
• Dosage 20 g bouillon paste per liter of water. The paste can be dissolved in boiling water or added directly to the dish when used as a seasoning.
Storage before and after opening:
• At room temperature.
