- Gyros bread - round soft breads (18 cm), baked in Greece according to a traditional recipe.
- Pita bread - oval soft breads baked over an open fire - can be split both crosswise and lengthwise for increased possibilities.
The products are frozen for maximum flexibility and minimal waste, while being quick to heat and easy to adapt to your menu and capacity. Serve classically with tzatziki, salad and fries, or put your own touch with new accessories and seasonings – a concept that scales just as smoothly for a quick lunch rush as for a busy evening.
