New launch spring 2026! A solid balsamic vinegar that can be grated. It is made from genuine Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP which consists of a mixture of sweet reduced grape must and regular vinegar.
The solid consistency is due to the addition of 5 percent agar-agar, a thickener that is
vegan. The taste is deep and full-bodied with clear grape tones, it has a long sweet and sour aftertaste.
Grate the vinegar with zest or grater, can also be cut into cubes. Use on salads, pasta dishes,
stews and risotto.
