About us
Local specialties and unique flavors enhance the experience for many today. Our network brings together small-scale food producers from across the region, providing a solid pantry of raw materials and processed products. Together with restaurants and cafes around the region, we promote West Sweden as a food destination. At FFCR, around 20 producers gather to showcase delicacies from across West Sweden.
