The fine Swedish quality milk from our own farms and our employees' sense of producing the best of the best give each hard cheese its own taste and inviting texture. For the sake of simplicity, we have three categories and under each cheese you will find a short presentation about what makes it unique. A little tip regarding our creamy cheeses, use a plastic cheese grater.
