Ocean Crisp is a delicate seed cracker containing a full 20% sugar seaweed from the Swedish west coast. They are perfect as a starter, snack, with a cheese platter or as a delicious snack. The cracker with its extra umami goes well with creamy mixtures of, for example, shellfish or seaweed caviar and contains only seven ingredients: corn flour, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, sugar seaweed, rapeseed oil and salt. Algae has an extremely low climate footprint. Seaweed farming works as a purifier for the ocean, requires very few resources and has no negative impact on the marine environment. Approximately 255 slices of sea crackers per carton.
