The FP-series reduces PFAS substances in drinking water. The FP-series is certified according to NSF/ANSI 53, which means that the filter has been tested for the reduction of substances hazardous to health in drinking water. It is the world's first filter to be NSF-certified for the reduction of PFAS. PFAS, so-called forever chemicals, are a group of industrial chemicals that can occur in drinking water. High levels of these substances have been linked to several health risks. The FP-series reduces PFAS levels below detectable limits.
