Druvan

Druvan® Ajvar relish is a traditional relish in the Balkan kitchens. The base is roasted peppers and eggplant.

Ajvar can be used as a seasoning to a stew, sauces, dressings or just served cold with meat, chicken etc.

Druvan® Hovmästarsås is a classic Hovmästarsås “Headwaiter sauce”, ready to serve. It is cooked according to our traditional recipe and method.
