Pannoumi Stek & Grillost
In collaboration with experts from France, our cheese masters have developed a grilling cheese with exquisite taste and texture. We produce Pannoumi Stek & Grillost at our dairy in Kristianstad, from milk from farms in Skåne and southern Sweden that put the welfare of the cows in focus. Pannoumi contains as much complete protein as beef and is an excellent choice for anyone who wants variation in their diet. Fry or grill Pannoumi and serve as the protein product in hamburgers, stews and salads. Bread and fry it to crispy nuggets for the tapas menu. Choose between handy portion slices of 60 or 100 grams and versatile 600-gram whole pieces to slice or dice. Pannoumi Stek & Grillost has received top marks from our demanding chefs.
Allerum Rike®
Allerum Rike® is a completely new type of cheese, rich in taste and taste contrasts and with a creamy texture. Allerum Rike® is developed based on long experience and with great craftsmanship by our cheese master in Kristianstad. The cheese has a wide range of flavours that gives an aromatic fullness and a well-balanced and round aftertaste. The creamy texture causes it to melt in the mouth and remain with a long aftertaste. Allerum Rike® 36% long-aged is a complex and tasty cheese with developed creaminess with a balanced acidity and saltiness, taste of umami, light sweetness and fruity tones. We manufacture Rike® at Skånemejerier's dairy in Kristianstad with milk from farms in Skåne and southern Sweden, which puts the welfare of dairy cows in focus.
Galbani Fresh Mozzarella Slices
Recipes with mozzarella from the 16th century have been found. Legend has it that the cheese was "invented" when someone accidentally dropped a lump of curd in steaming hot water and then discovered the special consistency that the cheese got. Ever since its start in the 1870s, Galbani has been a pioneer in the development of Italian cheeses and delicacies. It was also Galbani who in 1957 came up with packing mozzarella in brine in hermetically sealed plastic bags to improve durability. With ready-sliced fresh mozzarella, you save time while you get a better idea of the portion sizes. Each bucket contains 40 thin 25-gram slices measuring 7 x 5 cm. The mozzarella slices are placed in brine to preserve the freshness and are delivered in a practical 1 kg bucket. Use the ready-sliced mozzarella for everything from salads and sandwiches to pasta and pizza.
GRAN GUSTO – EN ITALIENARE FRÅN KRISTIANSTAD
Skånemejerier Food Service has a wide range of both Swedish and imported quality cheeses - and now we can present a new product that is a bit of both. "Gran gusto" is Italian for "great taste", and Galbani Gran Gusto is a well-aged, tasty Italian-style cheese - but made from Swedish milk by Skånemejerier's skilled cheese masters. Gran Gusto comes in flakes and is a delicious flavor enhancer on top of pasta, risotto, or salad. And as a topping on the pizza of course!
Galbani Mozzarella Julienne
Mozzarella Julienne is a shredded version of mozzarella, which makes it simple to use and easy to spread as it does not risk clumping. Julienne is perfect for gratinating and its excellent melting properties make it the obvious choice for pizza.
