The system includes functions for time reporting, scheduling, complete payroll management, tip management, analysis, an app for staff and a messaging function. We have simplified the entire payroll process and made it completely free of manual handling. Thanks to our analysis function, all important key figures are gathered in one and the same place. These important insights are then the basis for, among other things, optimizing scheduling and thus increasing profitability. The employees see their schedule, salary specification and tips directly in the app. We have also facilitated the handling of employment contracts and employer certificates so that this also takes place completely digitally.

With our smart stamp clock, you never miss a stamped time. The times are recorded even if the stamp clock temporarily lacks an internet connection and of course we follow the Swedish Tax Agency's rules for electronic personnel logs.

Personalkollen is a web-based and user-friendly personnel and payroll system that targets, among other things, hotels, restaurants, cafes and retailers around Sweden. The system gives you a common thread from registration to coordination with the schedule and financial follow-up. The completed salaries are visible directly in the employees' app and the responsible accounting firm can always log in and download all essential documents for your accounting.
