Millow is a new Swedish protein made from just two main ingredients: Swedish oats and mycelium (mycoprotein). Through our patented dry fermentation process, they grow together into a nutrient-dense whole food – rich in complete protein with all nine essential amino acids, natural fibre, and high bioavailability for the uptake of vitamins and minerals.
