Roasted Chicken Breast Escalope

The Top Table assortment includes an exciting product called Roasted Chicken Breast Escalope. The great advantage of this product is that it weighs 25-30g, so you can calculate your actual cost price for your menu. Furthermore, you get a product that delivers the same results every time you open it and there is no crumbs or small pieces of the bag. There is a good bite in the product because it has a large cooking surface. The product is suitable for use with: Baked, Salad, tapas The products are IQF and packed in 2X2,5 kg per box.

Ecological boiled and diced chicken

The Top Table series now also includes ecology – our popular boiled and diced chicken is now available frozen, 4 x 2500g in an ecological version with even more flavour. We guarantee a product completely without additives and with consistent quality every time. In addition to a very tasty product, our boiled and diced chicken will also provide that “homemade look” – and at the same time, it’s quick to prepare. The product has many uses and is packaged under the brand name Top Table®.

Roasted chicken slices barbeque 7mm

Aside from our regular roasted chicken breast fillet in slices, our Top Table range also offers a barbecue-marinated version. The barbecue-marinade is known for its rich, smoky, and sweet taste that goes perfectly with roasted meat.
